I earned my BS in psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and my masters in medical science at Northwestern University’s Physician Assistant Program. After I graduated, I completed a fellowship in Palliative Medicine at Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital, where I gained experience managing symptoms and providing supportive care for patients with serious illness. Afterwards, I worked as an inpatient oncology physician assistant at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, caring for cancer patients hospitalized for a variety of reasons, ranging from routine chemotherapies to cancer-related emergencies.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, running, traveling, and spending time with my partner and our dog Daisy.
