Andrew Maldonado, MS

Andrew Maldonado serves as Finance Director of Research for Urology Alliance, where he oversees financial management, contract administration, clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and financial planning & analysis of the research network. Drawing on his experience in healthcare finance, Andrew’s oversight ensures alignment across clinical and business priorities. His collaborative approach and knowledge of healthcare finance positions him as a key driver of Urology Alliance’s continued expansion and commitment to clinical research excellence.

Previously, Andrew was a member of the corporate finance team, where he supported operations, M&A, revenue cycle, and physician compensation, partnering closely with physician leaders and executives of affiliated practices. Prior to joining Urology Alliance, he worked in physician practice management finance supporting health systems, medical groups, and MSOs.

Born and raised in West Texas, Andrew studied finance, earning his master’s and bachelor’s degrees cum laude from Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, shopping, and playing the violin.
