
Alison Cooper, MBA
Alison Cooper is a seasoned clinical research professional with over 25 years of industry experience. She started her research career conducting health behavior research for the University of Texas Nursing school, then moved into conducting phase I research, and later became focused on multi-therapeutic phase II-IV research. Her therapeutic area experience consists of Neurology, Endocrinology, Urology, Immunology, Oncology, as well as various other disease states. With a strong focus on developing and expanding clinical research sites, Alison has supported the growth of both mid-size and large clinical research networks such as Texas Diabetes & Endocrinology, Benchmark Research, and Tekton Research.
Currently serving as Director of Strategy & Operations for Urology Alliance, Alison oversees the operations and expansion of our growing network of urology sites. She supports the development of scalable infrastructure, streamlined study execution, and enhanced sponsor partnerships. Her experience spans clinical trial management, site integration, regulatory and quality compliance, and strategic growth, bringing a comprehensive and execution focused approach to research operations.
Alison has served on several national and global research consulting panels for large pharmaceutical companies such as Eli Lilly, Novo Nordisk, and Sanofi. She obtained her bachelors in Zoology from the University of Texas and her MBA from Concordia University. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and volunteering in the community for organizations such as The Austin Children’s Shelter, Bible Study Fellowship, and the Capital Area Tennis Association.
