Sissy grew up in Apex, North Carolina but was able to attend Sweet Briar College to play Lacrosse in Virginia. There she obtained double majors in Biology and Spanish and had the opportunity to study in Sevilla, Spain. After graduation she attended the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill for her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing degree. After 5 years as a nurse, she then attended the University of South Carolina for her Masters in Science in Nursing for Family Nurse Practitioner. Sissy has over 9 years of healthcare experience, starting as an Operating Room Surgical Nurse prior to focusing on Urology as a Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about delivering individualized care and staying up-to-date with the latest developments and procedures in the field. She currently lives in Fuquay Varina with her husband and enjoys traveling from the mountains to the beach for every outdoor activity.
