Mike grew up in Kernersville, NC. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from North Carolina State University, and a Master’s degree in Science Education from the University of Central Florida. After teaching and coaching middle and high school, he attended Campbell University where he received a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Practice. Before practicing as a Urology Physician Assistant for the lasted 5 years, he previously practiced as a Family Medicine Physician Assistant in Goldsboro, NC. He is a member of North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants and American Academy of Physician Assistants. Mike lives in Clayton with his wife Jessica, daughter Willow, and dog child Bebe. Mike is active in his church and an avid fan of N.C. State athletics. In his spare time, he attends Wolfpack sporting events.
