Dr. Fulton graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 2009 and completed his residency in urology at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. He earned his undergraduate degree in zoology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Certified by the American Board of Urology and licensed in the state of Ohio, Dr. Fulton is a member of the American Urological Association, the American Association of Clinical Urologists and the Large Urology Group Practice Association.
