Dr. Latino joined Integrated Medical Professionals (IMP) in 2008 as a partner physician, providing comprehensive urologic care at the Advanced Urology Centers of New York (AUCNY) Rockland County division. Following a successful career in general urology, she transitioned into a leadership role as Medical Director, where she is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the practice and ensuring effective communication between physician committees and the medical staff.

Dr. Latino is certified in Medical Compliance and serves as Chief Compliance Officer at IMP, where she plays a key role in maintaining the organization’s commitment to regulatory excellence and quality standards. In addition, she is the Director of Claims for the SCRUBS Risk Retention Group, which provides malpractice coverage to more than 300 urologists nationwide.
