John Rescigno

Dr. John Rescigno is a board-certified radiation oncologist providing expert care to patients. He practices at Advanced Radiation Centers of New York (ARC), offering high-quality radiation oncology services to the Hartsdale and West Nyack communities.

Dr. Rescigno earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biophysics from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating magna cum laude. He went on to receive his Medical Doctorate from New York University School of Medicine. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York and his residency in Radiation Oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York.

Throughout his career, Dr. Rescigno has held several prestigious academic and clinical appointments, including positions at Columbia University, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and St. Vincent’s Hospital. He is currently an Attending Physician in Radiation Oncology at Mount Sinai Medical Center and an Assistant Professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

Dr. Rescigno is known for his comprehensive approach to cancer treatment and is committed to providing personalized care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Fluent in both English and Italian, he is able to serve a diverse patient population with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
