

Eduard Kagan

Dr. Eduard Kagan is a board-certified radiation oncologist practicing at Advanced Radiation Centers of New York (ARC) in Hauppauge, NY. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1985 and his Medical Doctorate from Michigan State University between 1994 and 1999. Dr. Kagan completed his medical internship at Hurley Medical Center in Flint, MI, from 1999 to 2000, followed by a residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI, from 2000 to 2004.
Dr. Kagan has contributed to the field through various research endeavors, including studies on dynamic multileaf collimation for whole brain radiotherapy and extracranial image-guided stereotactic radiotherapy. He has also delivered lectures on topics such as CNS malignancies, extracranial radiosurgery, and prostate cancer treatment options.
